Important Notice for Expired Licenses and Class Attendance

• Expired Licenses: All expired licenses require a paper application along with applicable additional fees.
   
• Class Requirements: Attendance at all class sessions is mandatory.
   
• Missed Sessions: If you miss any part of the class without prior approval, you will be removed from the course and no refund will be issued.
   
• Lateness Policy: Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in being denied entry and you will be required to retake the course at your own expense.
